Describe entrances, occupied areas, staff or household routines, existing devices and the incidents you need to detect or review. Those details matter more than choosing a package from a device count alone. We encourage customers to understand the proposed positions, controls and limitations before approving equipment.
Equipment, installation and support belong together
The installation scope should include suitable cabling, power and network responsibilities as well as hardware. Commissioning and a practical handover help the customer use the system independently. Retain the model list, operating instructions, account ownership and the process for future service.
