SYDNEY ALARMS / TERMS
Website and quote terms
Website explanations and package references help you research a security project. The written quotation and applicable supply/service terms identify the actual supplier, equipment, work, price and responsibilities before a job is accepted.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
A form receipt confirms website submission, not a reserved appointment or accepted installation contract. Confirm the contracting supplier, site access authority, scope, price/tax treatment, payment arrangements, exclusions and appointment in writing. Changes discovered during a site assessment should be resolved before extra work is approved.
Published prices and product references
Serious Security package figures are dated planning references. Genuine product images and model explanations identify examples, not guaranteed stock or a substitution into every package. Exact models, regional variants, quantities, cable work, storage, setup, subscriptions and warranty terms must be confirmed in the accepted quote.
Installation, communication and system limits
The usefulness of a system depends on equipment, placement, configuration, power, connectivity and maintenance. An alert does not by itself establish a physical response, and security equipment cannot promise prevention or detection of every incident. Agree the intended functions and acceptance tests for the actual installation.
Warranty and future service
Request the terms applying to the quoted equipment and work, including duration, exclusions and how to request support. A published standard package warranty should not be assumed to cover a different product, pre-existing fault, optional service or every future callout.
Website information and your rights
Information can change as products and supplier offers change. Use linked primary sources and request clarification where a detail affects the purchase. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact sales@serioussecurity.com.au about a website error or a question about an actual quotation.
