For a new installation, explain the entrances or areas to protect, the property type and whether cabling is already present. For an upgrade or repair, include model numbers, the exact symptom and recent power, network or building changes. A clear description helps identify whether a site assessment is needed.

Can I send plans or equipment photos?
Describe the job in the form first, or email plans and safe model/fault photos to sales@serioussecurity.com.au. The website form does not accept file attachments. Do not send passwords or alarm codes.
What should my written quote include?
Exact models, quantities, positions, labour/cabling, relevant power/network work, exclusions, recurring costs, warranty and handover. Clarify assumptions that still require a site inspection.
Is the form an emergency response channel?
No. Use the appropriate emergency service for an immediate safety issue. The form is for quote, callback and service enquiries.
